Yellow Cushion - Damask

This opulent design repurposes up-cycled remnants of our handmade Bonaparte velvet — a fabric created using three distinct techniques to achieve a remarkable double damask effect. Traditional Indian embroidery is then used to layer intricate motifs, taking inspiration from both Egyptian Revival and authentic Indian patterns. This radiant yellow colourway showcases the Egyptian revival motif inspired by 19th- century Nottingham lace. Geometric diamond patterns and chevron borders create a striking contrast against a golden Bonaparte velvet ground.
