Material sample service: swatches, sample-book loans and rug boxes
SEAMATER provides fabric, wallcovering, rug and finish samples so colour and surface can be approved before ordering. Samples are ordered inside a project. Fabric swatches carry a deposit and do not need to be returned; sample books and boxes are loaned.

Cut memo swatches at A4 size or standard hanger books to judge drape and weave.

Sample books and large samples that show the pattern repeat, true colour and embossed surface. Books and large samples are loaned.

How do deposits and refunds work?

A loaned item that is lost or not returned on time forfeits its deposit. The deposit amount and loan period are confirmed when the project sends the sample request.
How do I order samples?
- Register a SEAMATER account. Guests are prompted to register when ordering samples.
- Create a project and name it.
- Add the samples you want to see to the project and send the request.
- Receive the samples: the Account Owner delivers and collects loaned items, or collect them in person at the Bonario showroom.
- Return loaned items on time; swatches are kept and the deposit is refunded when the order is confirmed.
Delivery and shipping cost
- Receive samples by delivery or at the Bonario showroom, which serves as the Material & Spec Center.
- Delivery is free in Ho Chi Minh City. For other locations, including overseas projects, shipping is arranged with SEAMATER.
- Lighting: there are no lamp or shade samples. Samples of the materials used to make lighting are available: crystal, glass, metal and ceramics.
