How does a custom order proceed?
- Send the design package or requirement in a project: dimensions, colour, pattern or drawings.
- SEAMATER reviews the requirement and sends a quotation.
- Once the project is under way, a mock-up is made for approval.
- Production follows the approved mock-up.
- Delivery, with installation where requested.
SEAMATER does not offer woven trials (strike-offs) as a separate service; mock-ups are made only once the project is under way. Custom orders can be supplied to projects in Vietnam and overseas.
